GUI Based Application for Faculty Loading of Faculty Members using Web-Based Technologies and JavaScript Toolkits

About Fa-Load Application

This GUI Based Application will provide paperless and avoid conflicts and load redundancies in assigning or loading loads for faculty members and can also generate reports based on the said format.

Objectives
The proponent will develop a GUI Based application that will make assigning and loading of schedules easier. The application will also let faculty members to experience less conflicts and errors. Also, it aims to consume less time creating schedules for each faculty members.
Project Goals
To improve loading of faculties and avoid conflicting errors, the idea that came up with and thought of a solution through making an application that will make the schedulers work easy. a) A self-service system that is highly intuitive and efficient for student and faculty. b) A system that is flexible enough to handle changes in curricular policy and the academic advising process. c) A tool where data is safe and secure.

Founded in 2013, Gordon College CCS Student Council is a recognized Student Society on Information Technology Education (SSITE) local chapter under the supervision of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators-Region 3 (PSITE-RIII) which adheres and supports the organizational objectives in promoting Information Technology Education (ITE) throughout the region. The general objectives of this organization shall be the promotion of quality information technology education, camaraderie among CCS students of Gordon College, and to build leadership among the student council officers and all CCS students.
